I embarked on IT support from the tender age of 18 when I worked as an IT Technician. I later gained my wings as a fully fledged Infrastructure Engineer. My job is to oversee the day to day technical operations of the business.

I’m Hannah the Office Manager for Blue Mouse IT, most of my working life was spent working for British Airways, but now I spend it keeping Blue Mouse IT in order, ensuring on-line enquiries are dealt with accordingly and making sure the office is run smoothly!
I’ve worked in IT in the banking sector and have also added telephony expertise to my bow. You’ll find me on the helpdesk but I also go out on support calls to customer sites.
I first started in IT working for EE, then completed some contract work for Microsoft in Netherlands and the NHS. I have a very wide skill set and get involved in all types of support work. My main role is to visit our clients in the South Coast area.
I’m Blue Mouse’s London based field engineer. I started my IT career as a broadcast engineer for TalkSport Radio in London. I have worked with a vast variety of businesses ranging from football clubs to hedge funds. I am Microsoft trained with over 10 years of experience.
